We plan our projects carefully to make sure you’re happy with progress, every step of the way. Here’s how it works…

1. Chew the fat
The first thing we do is really listen. We need to understand what your business is all about. Tell us what you're doing, what you're trying to achieve, what you want from your website, what you want out of life if it helps! Tell us how much (or how little) you want to spend.

2. Solid planning
We'll talk it over with the Tangerine Orange team and put everything down in writing. The last thing we want is to bamboozle you, so all our proposals are concise and jargon-free. And crucially, you have complete choice about how far you want to take things.

3. Pick and mix
We can give you as much or as little guidance as you need. We won’t try to sell you things you don’t need. If we feel strongly that your business would benefit from a particular feature, we’ll probably try some gentle persuasion. But at the end of the day you're in control.

4. Take it in stages
Once you've talked it through, and weighed up the pros and cons, we'll put together a final schedule and project plan, and a detailed specification. We can break things down into phases, completing the work and invoicing in stages, so your website grows with, not against, your business.

5. Hassle-free
Once contracts are signed and work begins, we'll take care of everything. That can include anything from registering your web address and organising hosting arrangements, to setting up email accounts and liaising with other suppliers. We'll drive things on, so no matter how busy you are with other areas of your business, your website will be progressing with minimum fuss for you.
